I have cleared this zone so many times, for days now. I've started clearing EVERY mob, swarm pulling citizens, betrox, and every single animal I can find. This mob just *will not* spawn , at least on the Erollisi Server. I Petitioned to see if there might be an issue with it, they said try to create a bug report instead.. so here we are!
i'm in the same boat with blackburrow nightstalker in oceangreen hills. this namer seems so stupidly rare i think its broken or the spawn rate is 0.000000000000000000000000000000001/2% if you want to deter AFK gaming don't make spawn rates this mental
That one took me awhile as well, he did eventually pop in my server at least :/ It's difficult with these older achievements just grinding out random spawns like this.
