Logged into one of my alt shards, Cazic, to see how the promotion was going on. You couldn't swing a dead Halfling in PoK w/o hitting some toon! So as is my habit I decided to /w 85 to get an idea of just how many people were taking advantage of the Heroic Characters, 76! Of course this didn't include the ones that had already made it to level 86+ or who planned on doing it and just hadn't got around to it yet. I haven't done it yet either but I'm considering getting a new buff monkey for the heck of it. I kind of have to say congrats to SOE. It would be hard to imagine any other promotion that would bring more people into the game. I know it is disappointing to people that actually ground out the levels but what the heck. Levels never meant that much to me anyway as it often just reflected a purchased account or being power leveled. The focus should be on how well you play vs. how many hours your older brother played before he gave his old account to you.
