What's going on with CSR right now? I've had a support Ticket in place since October 12th and aside from the initial canned response I got asking for account information details I haven't heard anything back. The Ticket has been "Open" now for almost 3 weeks, at this point I'm starting to wonder if I just need to create an entire new ticket and start the process over. Ref Ticket #439315
I have had one open for 21 days now. I have tried tweeting support but no response either. Not sure what to do either. I have had zero response on my ticket.
