I can’t claim my db coins, and I have yet to reviver about half of my collectors edition items. Any help? All I received was the heroic toon and the xp potion. I’m on a live server.
Ok what happens when you try to claim your db coins? I assume you mean the monthly award in the marketplace as opposed to some you purchased? Do you have a green claim button? Error message? Does it say "add time"? Custom UI? Collector's edition items from COV come out when the expansion does. Its not out yet. Go thru the list here and look for items that say: ⁺ Available for claim at the launch of the expansion https://www.everquest.com/expansion-content Or are you talking about the last expansion (TOV) collector's items? Did you buy those when it was on sale last month?
