Small technical question: Does the wizard familiar / arm-helm-glove focus effect increase the damage of proc from weapons and augs? To be more precise, the wand of wanton disease ( DH2 2-handed staff for casters) only have disease proc on it. Since wizards do not have anything to increase disease damage, I wonder if the RoF T3 and T4 staves would be better. I understand it's a very small difference in damage.
