This totally fixed my windowed mode, but when i try to full screen it still says "reset device0 failed"now its playable tho! thank you!
Same, game is unplayable in fullscreen. I get the "reset device0 failed" error every time i switch to fullscreen. and windowed mode looks so terrible...

I'm not sure that you realize enchanters get a level 57 mez in kunark. All the luclin songs do is match that. Your not comparing apples to apples....
Bard paci stops at 60 and works amazing, crit resist and your Screwed tho if you can't mez. Making bard lull unresistable like harmony would work...
Bard mez should be same as enchanters mez, does ench mez make juggs trivial? Flash of light wipes more groups than an afk enchanter on charm break....
