I actively try NOT to crit to get any more agents and im around 650 agents on 3 accounts.

There's been a bug report on this for ages. Yesterday it was marked fixed internally and appeared in the test notes. YAY!
It would have been nice if this were so. Some servers didn't open until 5 minutes after some other servers did.

How is this new? Is not the same restriction on the previous version of the spell? I believe all priest alliances behave this way.
