Can't click the return button to accept a rez

    Dies during the raid tonight, got the rez box and could click it, but could not use the return button.

    I could change it to go to my bind but again the return button didn't work, which meant I had to wait for it to kick me to my bind when the timer was up.

    Rez box needs to be coded to always be on top.

    There has been a rez button issue that pre-dates the UI changes. I believe it was never fixed.
