Capes no. Masks and helms, yes. And I'm STILL advocating for pipes as face items, which we can load with crafted herbs for focus effects. Also possibly, offhand weapon decorations that look like bongs. Maybe only for gnomes...
"Baking" skill. Making items to put in the pipes. Seriously. Think Lord of the Rings pipes. The animations for smoke already exist.
Capes, shoulderpads, belts, earrings, rings, charms, containers .. so much to do. The good thing about capes is that they would be hidden by the ten strapped on backpacks.
capes would be rendered 100% on the client; so its not a back-end issue; but rather a priority list thing.
