I recently completed the tier 6/7 Underfoot group progression on Vaniki for my 6-box team and amassed quite a few Brellium tokens in the process. The vendor located in the zone Foundation named Dermott Saltagger does not have the listed items for sale available to my toons which have completed the progression. There are a few type 13 augs which can be purchased from the vendor but otherwise none of the other items listed on Alla's/Raidloot are available. As far as I know, once you have completed all of the progression for the tier you should be able to see all available items. Me and a couple of friends who have also completed progression have hypothesized that there may be a level limit on what items the vendor will show for sale which may be superseding the ruleset on Vaniki? It would be nice if this could be looked into while we are still in the Underfoot era of the server... Thanks!
