This has been tested multiple times in Live zones and Agent of Change instances with consistent failed spawns. This is also true for Doomshade, Spirit of Radir and the Swarmcaller event. Please fix
Confirmed this is still an issue for the AoC instance. Is DP not fixing broken content in old zones or have the devs commented on this?
It's been confirmed from another thread for awhile: Confirmed - Umbral Plains (SOL) - Triggered Named; Not Spawing | EverQuest Forums (daybreakgames.com) But we've not heard anything from a dev as to when it will be fixed as far as I know.
