   LDoN+, the exceptions are the raids that are given by an AoC in GoD/PoR which jump back to 72.

   Even PoP was tuned for 54. Hence Time tier 1 being 3x 18.

   The raid cap is always 72. Any Agent of Change DZ is capped at 72. Any native DZ is 54*.
   
   * exceptions apply; such as co9 in dodh.
