Title sort of says it all. Flagged through saying "what Primals?" to Ilvina. All the text is done and prior stages complete. Go to target zone, no emotes (1.5 equipped or not equipped), no primal elemental spawn. Just nothing.

I just did the mage 2.0 on Friday and all of the primal elementals spawned successfully on Cazic. I did have to get really close to where they spawn before some of them triggered though.
Both, I've been walking all over the spawn points, lev, no lev, etc. No response at all. Checked Ilvina again as well and she's still giving me the primals response. Also, all 4 zones.
... aaannddd randomly it started working. Went back to Ilvina for the 3rd time. This time, the only thing different is I spoke to her with the 1.5 epic equipped. The Primals started spawning.
