Its a good balance as of now. It always stuns in the mission, and never stuns in the raid. I like this "feature"
It doesn't always stun in the mission. Coincidentally, the raid version of the dragon breath hits everyone regardless of mob direction. Has wiped us a time or two when it gets double stacked due to lag.
I think burning through the mission just causes everything to bug out. The other night, we were burning it, and the aura hit 4 times in a row, about 2 seconds apart each time...while it wasn't in the underbulk form. I know it hit that many times that fast because I have an audio trigger for it and it went off like someone ringing a bell.
