Vicus Nonad in South Qeynos does not issue Taxes Quest tried everything, including getting other players involved my faction is ally to the Merchants of Qeynos and I am trying to complete The Nonad Brothers quest trying many versions of saying I'll help with today's collections and he does not issue the Tax Collection Box please look into this issue ASAP
Did you hand him the cough syrup from the previous quest? And what server are you on? Do you get thru any of his text at all? Any response? If so what is it or does he just stand and say nothing? Make sure you say "what about the list" too This info is needed to see where the problem is. Have you checked your inventory for the Tax Collection Box? In case you got it and didn't realize. The more info the better they can help you

Well, let us know what he says cause that will point to where the bug is - sounds like he is going thru his script so double check for the box in your ammo slot or someplace like that too - since you can do this at level 1 and the tax box is a 10 slot then a lot of players would just do this for the box. Its lore so only one.

But none of the people to collect taxes from would give the taxes. I did the bone chips quest with Lashun Novashine, I turned in 2500 bone chips. i have tried help you with collections does not work i am max faction with Merchants of Qeynos and I amWarmly to Guards of Qeynos but am dubiosly with Antonius Bayle do you think this is the issue? it is very hard to get that faction up only quest and no mobs to kill to help with that

That looks like a faction issue. poster on allah said he turned in 2500 bone chips to Lashun to fix his but might could take less, that was just what he bought that bone chip quest raises these factions so he is probably on one of these Antonius Bayle +1 Guards of Qeynos +1 Knights of Thunder +1 Priests of Life +1
Do not look at the factions window, hit C to con Vicus, you have to be at least apprehensive, he isnt on Guards or Merchants. I can not get the bone chips quest from Lashun Novashine because of faction but i need it to increase faction he says something like you are an enemy to the temple of life
Did you try just handing bone chips anyway? Old school quests are not part of the task system, sometimes you can just hand in items regardless of the dialog because you don't have to actually "get" anything, but some hand-in tasks are gated by faction. Killed him for you. He's on Antonius Bayle faction. The way the faction system works is the first faction listed that is raised or lowered is their primary faction and the others listed are sister factions that are raised or lowered.
