Arcshear is the level 119 NoS conal attack for berserkers, rank 2 does 446 base damage X2 for each target in a cone in front of the zerker up to a max of 4 targets. Arcslash is the level 114 version. The new NoS expansion focus AA, ranks 10 and 11 do not include the new NoS skill, meaning arcshear is a DPS downgrade regardless of rank. Arcslash rk III is effectively ~490 base damage with max focus AA. Arcshear rk II is only 446 since its unaffected by the focus AA Arcshear rk III is 468 base damage.
This is still an issue. For an issue that has been confirmed and tracked internally to simply add the appropriate ability to an existing AA line to take this long to address boggles the mind.
Fixed in April 19 patch but not in the notes. Ooops, nevermind, I was mistaken. But they did some typos in descriptions for the fighter archetype ability Concentration so that's good at least. /sarcasm off.
Confirmed its still not fixed and agree that something that's an easy peasy code change being 4+ months old, gets ... well ... old.
June patch, still no fix or change or update. At least respond to say it is not going to be, or intended to be corrected.
