Focus does not appear to do anything to the duration of Lingering sloth on the player or the duration of the effect that triggers onto the mob.
The duration that goes onto the target is never effected. As for the original spell itself, we need for more details. Your levels. Your AA's, any covering that spell line. What spell exactly, what rank. What level is your target. What lvl mobs you are fighting. What zone. What items besides that may you be wearing that conflict with it. What class are you casting on? Details details details, NONE too small
upon doing further testing it does work but all the in era focus on inc duration of all detrimental spells are already 30% so this is only a 10% increase over 30% to 40% total so you see very little actual benefit form this focus but i guess it is there
