Is it intended that Protection of the Primal Spirits and Dragon Glyph share the same DoT mitigation slot (3) ?
Alright, quick guys: Do we want the DoT mitigation on slot 7, 8, or 9? I know there's probably a downside to every option, so I'm going to crowdsource this one.
My, very, quick searching brings up slot 7 or 8 being ok, with 8 being the better option. Slot 9 might conflict with Jann Illusion buff, so that's no good. Of course, that's if I'm reading things correctly lol. Or I was misreading things completely.
8/9 are conflict free. 7 would have conflicts with two limited-charge anniversary items. Not a big deal, but may as well do 8 or 9 to avoid that.

This new spell is directly taken from the NPC-only spell line of Crazed Defense. It seems under designed and PC spell conflicts weren't taken into consideration. Absorbs 25 of incoming spell and melee damage, up to 5000 per hit. The protection will fail after 50000 damage has been absorbed.
