   The ultra-rare, chase, whatever they're called Blood-Soaked items are dropping in NoS as well. Not sure if this is a bug, did non-level increase expansions always share the same drops as prior expansions?

   ToL and now NoS should have blood-soaked items dropping. These typically change on level cap increase expansions.
