Not A Bug Nights of Shadow - Friends and Family - Ogre Heritage Crate

At https://www.everquest.com/expansion-content it shows Friends and Family comes with 5 of the Ogre Heritage Crates but in claims it only shows one. Is this one a 5 pack of crates?

Same here, was told to wait till expansion drops before I can /petition to get the rest of them.

Thanks, they really should fix this without a need for people to petition. I probably would have overlooked it had it not been surrounded by red items not claimable yet.

Did you click on the Ogre Heritage Crate item in the list? Doing so should show a count of 5. Did you claim them and only receive one?

I did this yesterday. It's confusing the way it's shown. It shows 1 on the left, but 5 on the right. It does indeed give 5.

Well I learned something new about the claim window. Mine has always been defaulted to not show the count on the right. It does show 5 now I resized it. Thanks!
