Zones going down why?

    People on Agnarr are saying there's multiple zones with system messages they're going down in ex: 71 mins. Is this true? If so why and for how long?

    They had rolling zone resets going out to fix the merc healing issue. I am sure the population of Agnarr understands and this bug fix is a huge relief for them.
