[Yelinak] Why is the PoMischief entrance not in GD in the Velious era?

I am in need to go to PoM, but the castle is not in the GD river. When I played on the Mischief server it was in the river. Is there any reason it is not here for Yelinak?

It's not there during velious. You must run through NToV.

It gets added when LDoN unlocks.

It's worth noting it's also the original version of PoM

They don't put the revamped PoM in until after the point when it's obsolete. Only thing it's for is farming shrink clickie, hunters, and a 1.5/2.0 fight two.

Outside of Splitpaw, most zone revamps are like this on a TLPs. Just wasted ghost towns.
