I can't get past this door. Please investigate as I only have 6 hours left on this expedition.
Is this the one that has the weird blended in lever on the wall to open. Look on right side of door about halfway up something on wall to click. Vaguely remember
The evac portion of time should just be for phase 1 & 2, though I wonder if the OP is confused on what phase he finished. Phase 3 is in the open pit with the wave of mobs that activate then finally the 2 bosses. After you kill those bosses you go through the portal to get to phase 4. Otherwise in phase 4, you are likely not see the levers on the side of the wall to open the doors as Knifen mentions.
