Not Fixed / Addressed with the May 2022 Patch (no mention of addressing them in patch notes.)

- Achievements for Alternate Advancement AA's 'assigned' beyond 50K (52,500, 55,000, 57500, etc.) have yet to be added.

- Tinmizer's Fabulous Compactor has not been added back as a reward for the Scrap Metal quest, and is needed for the Achievement: Ak'Anon Quests - Tinmizer's Fabulous Compactor.

- Illweed has not been added back into the game as a fished item in Lake of Ill Omen and is needed for the Achievement: Cabilis Quests - Illweed Parchment.

- 'Globule' items from leeches, mosquitoes and plants in the Swamp of No Hope; and from the Blood Pit; are still missing from the game and are needed Achievement: Cabilis Quests - Blood Ink.

- Lydia Nasin is still missing from East Freeport. She drops a Human Head needed for the Achievement: Neriak Quests - Death of Lyda Nasin.

- 'Paws' are not dropping from 'a skulking gnoll' in Surefall Glade and are needed for the Achievement: Surefall Glade Quests - Gnoll Paws.

I sure wish they would fix these
