When is that correction supposed to happen? Entropy of Nature still doesn't do anything, but clicky dispels such as Skull of Null will work.
Did you not read the patch notes for the hotfix? The fix only works in new instances. Zones that are already running won't have the fix applied...you'll have to wait until the next server downtime, or if that zone happens to crash and has to spin up again.
