Enchanter Tears of Xenacious raid worthy?

Interestingly, the spell line doesn't seem to be reporting properly anymore to begin with, went and killed a few mobs I know have mana

I was under the impression that there where more mobs that this could be used on and if that is not the case the question should be about what to do with this spell to give it more use instead of if a player should use it or not.

Now this is interesting, it could be of more value then expected just that it isn’t reporting correctly. Sounds like a good post for the bug section at the very least.

I tried it in a rotation on a test dummy, but it didn’t parse better than the current accepted rotation. I was trying to find ways to consume that Beguilers Synergy. There’s just no spell worth using that would consume that proc.

Quick jaunt on test not returning any positive news with regards to this at least for ToL mobs. Once it's on live I'll do a more exhaustive test
