DPG - I sent several bug reports about this time critical problem. If Fabled Vaniki spawns only 4 or 5 times when the spawning is working correctly, imagine how frustrating it is when it's broken. Additionally, Other Fables MOBs are dropping NO LOOT. Also frustrating. Question specifically for Fabled Vaniki - The Fabled Z-Land spawns every 2 or 3 days, why not Vaniki? Anyway - can we speed up the process on this one? we wont have a chance to see this until next year soon.
Vaniki has a set spawn potential whether it's regular or fabled. Changing that aspect after 21.3 years would be a blatant injustice to his rattiness and to what the devs originally intended for this mob.
It doesn't help you at all but The Fabled Vaniki spawned on Xegony this morning. You have all the spawn spots covered? No one else got it without you knowing it? Vaniki isn't as bad a spawn as most people are led to believe. Some months are a bonanza and some are a bust but IMO working as intended.
If the intention is to be irritating and reason number XXXX to throw EQ out the window (But I cant because addiction), I agree.
