Hotkey bars not staying locked in place on default U.i.

Anyone else having this issue? Started right after last patch. Hotkeybars 9, 10 and 11 all some how some way unlock themselves while all other hotkey bars stay locked.

Would really like a gm to chime in.

Default u.i. just set up how it works for me. So no it's not a fancy dancy created u.i.

Hot bars 5-6 (maybe more?) also revert to a 75% opacity when you zone or log out. That's new since last patch as well. Maybe related?

This is the way, asking for "a gm to chime in" is silly.

You need to stick them on the screen with rubber bands!

You have to go into your characters EQ UI ini file. And open it with notepad or something, and scroll through all the code till you see the hotbar modules, and go change locked from 0 to 1.

Then save it. They will stay locked in game again until they patch it.

I asked my guildy he said: go into your UI file and under each hotbar section where it says locked=0 change to locked=1, for every hotbar, then log all the way out and back in. it's just a workaround, and they won't unlock in game anymore, to move one you will have to go back and unlock that specific one, do your changes in game, then go back and relock manually'
