Fixed Free the Goranga Raid dropped no Loot

Beat Free the Goranga. Opened the chest and got 1 pants ornamant. No Real loot.

We did have a loot lockout from trying the event Saturday night. But did not have an event lockout.

No loot lockout for us, only did it tonight, loot looked normal, but we were surprised to only get 2 spell runes.

Yeah guessing its another case of the loot lockout impacting the chest as well. Wont hold my breath for GMs to award us the lost loot for the coding screw up. They would be better customer service than they have ever done.

Same happened this event on the Phinigel server tonight.

Meaning the issue may be there for all the T2 events and just not seen.

In the short term, do not have a loot lockout for this zone when you begin this raid.

Any chance to erase current loot lockouts from folks who didn't realize that this was going to screw over 54 people?

You know the generic canned statement to this.

This issue will be if you wipe and get a new instance you will have the loot lockout.

People will say just keep the same instance. This is fine unless the instance was bugged, like happened to us after we wiped (auras were all over the place after reset).

As an example, sometimes a raid instance is extremely laggy and you need to get a new one to fix it.

Yup, we had to swap dz's 3 times tonight on free the gorangas. 3rd one had somewhat tolerable 2-3s lag instead of 7-10 like we were getting before, sucks to get the kill and only have an achieve to show for it.

Can you check the other t2 raids just incase they broken too, people might find it happens in the instances, while you check i would check the t3 raids too...

Or your trying for your first win and dont get it on one Raid day so you go back to win it. Or people want to farm luck augs.

Not in the Test Patch notes. Can we get this added to the fixes that go out on the 16th or do we need to wait another month to get this fixed.

It was fixed internally Monday for the coming patch.
