PoP Progression Soloable?

  1. Quickener New Member

    Returned from long break and want to work on the Aid Grimel quest; however, I was never flagged for pop. For most of the flagging, is a group required or can some/all of it be soloed as 95+ necro?

    I don't think you'll have any issues at 95 or above.

    I'm pretty sure I was 95 or so when I soloed Time on my Mage, including Quarm. Flagging shouldn't be a problem.

    Started using Agents of Change for the raid targets but not all raid targets spawn in the instances. Is this intended? I thought all the raid targets spawned upon instance creation - that is, all raid targets in the “Raids” achievement.
    Any info anyone has on this is appreciated.
