Auto granted AA - max level?

    What is the last level for auto granted AA?

    Did it get bumped with the level up in ToL ?

    Ring of Scale AA auto-grant for ToL release in December was delayed until the January 19, 2022 patch, but yes it's enabled now. BTW, new auto-grant AAs are added every expansion (4 expansions behind), not related to level cap increase.
