    As title states, the new raid rank of Soothing Breath provides the same benefits as the previous rank:

    [49485] Soothing Breath XXIV
    8: Increase Current Mana by 135 per tick
    10: Increase Current HP by 135 per tick

    [53160] Soothing Breath XXV
    8: Increase Current Mana by 135 per tick
    10: Increase Current HP by 135 per tick
