Returning players: TBL, ToV, or CoV?

A lot of good advice in this thread. Here's one thing to consider though. TBL's is a very enjoyable expansion. In many ways it's vastly superior to TOV/COV. It's also as dead as a ghost town, so there will be no issues with doing things like hunter or tasks.

If you're in a hurry to catch up, by all means, do TOV/COV progression. But if you're just going at your own pace with no care about being max level ASAP, you'll enjoy TBL, it's awesome.
