Friends & Family Gift Item Conversion

I bought the Friends & Family expansion for the last live expansion and shared the items with a friend. How do they convert the Gift: Snow Bunny Saddle to a Snow Bunny Saddle?

Should just be able to right click it. Do they have it in their inventory yet?

Yes, they linked it back to me and said they've tried that and everything else possible. They are trying to use them on the account that has the expansion also. Thought maybe there is something else we were missing. We'll see if they can get it to work again Saturday when we play and I guess if they can't, maybe they're bugged and will have to submit a bug report to get it fixed.

Is there a button that says convert or something, when you look a the item descripton?
