So i come back to everquest for Luclin on mischief expecting to login to my necro and 18 krono and all the gear i had for a bst lord and i get invalid credentials so i think i just forgot my password, i then see how 4 months ago my email was changed on the account which i though was odd, long story short they say cant prove its my account because of things changed past the email change to verify its me. Pretty damn pitiful
In the very past they asked for details like email address with which the account was set up or one of the previous credit cards which were used with that account. Not sure if there is now ANYTHING in the account data what only the initial account owner should know and never can be seen in the account info.
When the email was changed your old email would have been sent a notification, pretty standard practice.
