    Currrently that is correct, as they perks do no exist at the moment, I'd expect that descripton to change the moment perks go live.

    Well it is showing the disclaimer when you eat a Krono that it will not affect your perks. So it updated there first it seems

    I think there is a very small group - like one person - the janitor maybe? - that is in charge of TOS, EULA and other "Home" or "main" site updates since it is always out of date
