Tried logging in this evening and got the following message: Due to unusual activity on your account, we require additional account security and verification, in order to continue play. Please click hereto add a valid mobile phone number to your account. There are a couple of older threads talking about this having occured: This has happened in 2015, 2017 and 2018 and it was a system problem that caused more problems. Bypassing the patcher allows me to log in. Just wondering if anyone ever identified the fix for this error.
The rest of that post (cause I recognize my own quote ) goes on to say it was because someone changed his credit card and it was able to be cleared up with a petition. Apparently the address or name no longer matched. So file a petition. Usually if it is a ban or suspension in progress you will get that message when you try to sign in tomorrow.
