Twice today I climbed up Skyshrine to do some quest turn ins and went to click out via the green stone on Yelinak's level of Skyshrine (just past the old armor quest turn ins, not the stones behind Yelinak). And twice I was sent to the succor spot in Kael instead of down to the zone out to Cobalt Scar.
I believe the green stone is supposed to teleport you to Kael and the red one to the entrance to Skyshrine.
