Orcs not Mezzing in ToV

    TOV BUGS

    I was doing the Velketor's Lab merc task on the orcs and the orcs there can no longer be mesmerized. We were doing the Griklor Raid tonight, and once again the orcs could not be mesmerized.

    Strangely, in the Griklor 1 group mission I was having no problem mezzing them.

    You never could mez restless orcs in velks from what I remember.
