Unless I'm mistaken, that's just how multiple monitors are reported when they're plugged into the same GPU for a game as ancient (and beloved) as EQ.

Looks like a problem with MIDI and Audio.

AudioDevProps2.dll is associated with these apps: Sonic Studio, Nahimic A-Volute.

    I suggest that you ...

    Uninstall Sonic Studio.
    Uninstall A-Volute.

    Open Device Manager and ...

    Reinstall/repair install/update Realtek audio drivers.
    Reinstall/Update other sound drivers.
Accipiter, Skuz and Metanis like this.

I'm going to update my OP, as this seems to have solved the issue, and I never would have thought to uninstall these two random programs. I'm not sure which one was the actual culprit, as I uninstalled them both in one swift motion (not the most accurate means of troubleshooting, but in the moment, I didn't care).

Thank you so much for doing some digging and figuring this out for me. Thank you, too, to anyone who chimed in and did their best to help.

    Be well everyone. :)
