    *** Items ***
    - Rat Ears will no longer be available for purchase from merchants until The Serpent's Spine is active.
    - Items that are contained in the Past Expansion Collector's Edition Bundle are now flagged as Heirloom.
    - Added text to Guild Teleport items to indicate which zone each item will align the teleporter to.
    - Fixed a typo in the Velium Endowed Censer's name.
    - All past Heritage Crate wrapped furniture items can now be placed in neighborhoods without having been unwrapped. Further more, restrictions to unwrap these items have now been removed, with the restrictions having been moved to the teleport spells when applicable.
    - Renamed the Masterwork Axe Components used for Berserker abilities to Fine Axe Components. Everything will be fine.

    *** Quests & Events ***
    - Reduced the respawn time for Kurron Ni from about 84 hours to about 4 hours.
    - "Root balls" in the Vulak and Aaryonar raid events can now be targeted by spells.

    *** Spells ***
    - The /disc command has been updated to accept partial discipline names.
    - Rogue - Corrected an issue in the description for Dissident Weapons and Composite Weapons.
    - Fixed several instances where bolt-style spells were appearing as bags in flight.
    - Necromancer - Corrected a bad description for Ashen Skin and Frozen Skin.
    - Paladin - Increased the stun level cap for Force of Orthiss and Force of the Jade Cohort by 5.
    - Rogue - Adjusted Pinpoint Defects to improve over previous abilities in the line. All ranks now reduce the target's evasion by 7 percent. The spell now adds an additional amount of damage to every melee strike from the rear arc of its target. This effect will fade after a limited number of strikes.
    - Multiple Classes - One-tick buffs that trigger other buffs (like Unity buffs or some progressive spells) will now count down in non-combat zones rather than blinking forever.
    - Berserker - Corrected the progression of the riposte chance benefits on Ritual Scarification. The values for Rank I and Rank II were swapped.
    - - Berserker - Raised the HP caps on all ranks of Ritual Scarification.

    *** AA ***
    - Warrior - The Combatant's Pact description now explicitly lists that it focuses both Druid and Cleric versions of promised healing spells.

    *** NPCs ***
    - Fixed an issue that prevented The Buried Sea Hunter achievement, "Brineslayer" from being completable despite having already completed the "Adept Hunter of the Buried Sea" achievement.

    *** Overseer ***
    - New Overseer Agent Packs available late July
    - - The Fighter Pack, Worker Pack, and Traveler Pack are coming to the marketplace
    - - These packs grant 3 uncommon agents with jobs that match the pack type; the Fighter Pack can grant Marauders, Spies, or Soldiers; the Worker Pack can grant Artisans, Harvesters, or Scholars; the Traveler Pack can grant Diplomats, Merchants, or Explorers
    - New Agents and Quests
    - - New agents of all rarities have been added to the Overseer system
    - - New quests of all levels and rarities, featuring new job+trait combinations exclusive to these new agents, have also been added
    - - New recruitment quests for new iconic agents have also been added
    - Quest Party Fixes
    - - Quest party slots with a combination of jobs/traits that necessitated using duplicates of the same iconic agent have been adjusted to NOT have such job/trait combinations; this fixes a few quests that could not be started because of the iconic rule
    - - Quest party slots with a combination of jobs/traits that necessitated using a particular agent that lacked the requisite job rank have been adjusted to NOT have such job/trait combinations; this fixes a few quests that had a combination of jobs/traits that could not be fully matched
    - - Quest party slots should no longer have duplicates of the same trait assigned to them
    - Agent Lore/Trait Fixes
    - - Fixed a number of minor grammatical issues in the Agent Lore text of several agents
    - - Clockwork VIIX now has lore text calling out his disguise
    - - Guard Orcflayer no longer has any references to Felwithe in his lore text and now has the Warrior trait instead of the Ranger trait
    - - Inquisitive Wanderer now has the Cleric trait instead of the Monk trait
    - - The Fairy trait has been renamed Faerie
    - When choosing an Overseer quest, the window will show the full trait name and the trait will not wrap around to the next line
    - Overseer items, such as Agent Echos, now have descriptions explaining what they do

    *** Progression Servers ***

Can we please apply this to Mischief and Thornblade? We haven't had queues since day 1. It's just annoying at this point to have boxes get logged out if you forget to press a button on them.

Still not improvements for wizzys, yet you do other classes.

New rewards for completing the new overseer quests ?
How many agents in each level now?
  5. Stephen51 Augur

The new overseer agents, are they quested or bought? Or a combination of both?
  6. minimind The Village Idiot

Holy mother of Zek! It's happening!!
  7. Axxius Augur

They have always been targetable by spells. Do you mean they can now be hit by regular melee attacks too?
  8. Cragzop Cranky Wizard

It's a poorly written patch note.

It means mage bolt spells (primarily ... maybe affect other dd spells as well) will now work on them. It's in the Bug Report forum if you didn't see and want more detail.
  9. Ngreth Thergn Developer

Cragzop is correct, we fixed it so bolt spells hit.
As for melee, that issue was not reported (or we missed the report) so I did not test for it.
That said, bolt spells would not hit for the same reason that melee would not hit, so *theoretically* this will fix melee. I cannot say this conclusively because there could be RANGE issues with melee due to the size of the object.
If bows also could not hit, like bolt spells, this fix is more likely to fix that since range won't be an issue.

I know I'm framing that comment ... assuming Michaels takes my 95% off hand written framing coupon from a "competitor".

I did just check our last run on Aary and Vulak and there is only spell (and procs from spells) damage on either a earthen prison or Ball of Ice and Stone ... except for one berserker on a Ball. I'm not sure if the person was in one or not (I am too lazy to break down the log file) and I'm not sure if that was aas or just swings (although the breakdown has slashes, hits and frenzies).

When we run it next weekend after the patch, I'll ask that everyone try again to hit the prison/Ball and look at the logs and see how much has changed (beyond the mage bolt part) and report back to you.

  11. Skuz I am become Wrath, the Destroyer of Worlds.

Special attacks from melee would land on the balls, just not autoattack, at least that was my observation.

The kurron ni fix is nice, but can we PLEASE get something for cazel in south ro? Make the spoon no trade, give him a PH, adjust spawn timer, code him as rare....SOMETHING please, for the love of god.

The people that actually true box on true box servers are getting completely shut out by people 5-6 boxing mages, who then try to charge you 100+$ for the spoon.

You want to nerf an item on every server by making it no trade to fix a problem that is likely to go away as more expansions open up?
  15. Kaizaki New Member

God forbid people want to get their epic BEFORE they become obsolete. Grow up...

  16. Nennius Curmudgeon

I don't think that's his point. He seems to be arguing that people who are working on their epic ought to have a better chance of getting this piece instead of having it camped by the "for profit" crowd. In any case, it doesn't really nerf anything. It just inconveniences those who don't need it and want to profit from it.

Don't think it was reported, but we thought melee not being able to hit it was intended.

This item is already tradeable on every single server and has been tradeable on every single TLP server. This is the first TLP server I have heard of with issues on this particular drop and maybe something needs to be looked at. However suggesting that it should be changed to no drop isn't a change that is needed.
  20. Svann2 The Magnificent

He did list several other options, so there was no call for you to zero in on that one option to chastise him.
