Kunark release date/time?

    I just wanted to check if this is correct as it states it's speculation. At 2pm PST on the 23rd it's go time?

    Some of those things need adjusting though, not accurate. Like extended target is available now, just have to be level 20, for example.

    I was wondering when that would unlock. My highest is 18 at the moment. All I get is a "%" sign in any slots that have aggro, which is at least useful. Thought it might be a later expansion or something, turns out I'm just that slow.
