Shaman solo spot for level 30

I haven't played this game in over 16 years and I am just looking for a solo spot in classic for my level 30 troll shaman on Mischief. I know it would be better to group but with kids/work sometime I only have 30 minutes to pop on so just looking for somewhere to make some gains. I don't remember these zones at all. Any recommendations? Thanks for any help

Tower of Frozen Shadow till 40, then Velks till 60.

Mischief is only on kunark atm. It may not be the best xp but I'd recommend frontier mountains giant fort, if it isn't packed you can single pull and have a shot at getting forest loops for some decent plat.
