    Bristlebane just crashed for the 3rd time today. I guess we should give up for the night?

    Our techs are on it and working to get things going again. Hang in there for now, and I'll update as soon as I know more.

    And the server should be back online. Thanks for your patience, all! We know what happened and will continue to investigate so we can hopefully avoid this happening again in the future.

    Since this thread is already here, I'll provide an update about this latest loss of service on Bristlebane. We have discovered the problem and our techs are working to resolve things . . . which they just did as I was writing this note. Thank you again for your patience.
