Random loot

So, I am currently not high enough level to really see anything. How is the random loot going from named? For instance has the fish bone earring dropped from anything other than whats his name in Qeynos?

I saw a screenshot of Golden Efreeti Boots dropped off Ghoul Lord in Lguk.

Hadden is not *rare*, so his earring wouldn't be off other things. But Raoteph has been the most common farmed named so afr and has dropped tons of stuff. 2-3 items per kill from aviak feathers to out of era lavastorm gloves

I killed Fippy Darkpaw twice, and all I got was some nostalgia, it's the common drop.

The server so far has made me feel they should expand what it means to be a rare creature. It feels that many named have been excluded even though they drop special items.
