When?

It is the 26th and still no new servers... I find that odd. Normally when you're given a date it is launched either at midnight or 7ish AM. Curious as to what they are waiting for.

This is accurate when taking into consideration queue times.

They are waiting for the exact time they said the servers would go live, 12 noon PDT/3pm EDT. On a normal day, I bet very few are in the office. A day like today, the server guys are all likely there. But it's not yet 8am there as of this comment being posted.

Yeah they bury important announcements over to the right of the main page on the forums mostly now instead of in news/announcements. And most of the topics on the right are just twitter re tweets.

And when you add the extra hour they tack on each time someone askes what time they will open.
