can I buy bags more than once?

i purchased both of the 40 slot bags a while back and claimed them on my server.. today i went to buy them again and its grey'd out when i click purchase.. am i limited on how many i can buy ? i thought i was just limited on how many i can claim on a character because they're lore

These are "one time" purchases. Occasionally they will reset them so you can buy them again.

However, there is a new set coming out later this week. Different name, but the same contents, so you can buy those instead.
