Potime P4 Terris Thule is killable, but that's it. Fabled Saryn and the rest regen to 100% every tick. That is not normal.
The current way it is, no one will have any fabled drops from Potime this year, there is only until May 10/11th, and then won't be able to. With the lockouts, might as well just say there aren't any available this year.
So we actually killed it last night. 3 max zerkers and a bard. It took awhile and some luck. Definitely not ideal. They need to fix it.
