Based on old threads, when the named mob at the end of the adventure pops, it should show up on "Find". However, that no longer seems to be working. That makes it very difficult to a non-tracking class to find the named.
I didn't use find when I did this as I have a Bard I box for tracking purposes You could use the EQ resource page -> https://tbm.eqresource.com/indefenseofhealth.php Then check the PH locations for the named that are shown, all 4 have the same possible spawn/PH locations ->https://tbm.eqresource.com/bilemonger.php ->https://tbm.eqresource.com/pestilentwarmaster.php ->https://tbm.eqresource.com/putridbrute.php ->https://tbm.eqresource.com/vomitous.php As a general rule attackable spawned Named Mobs like these do not have a /find location, so the fact this one ever did (if it did) seems to be an anomaly so I am not sure this is even a bug.

There 2 other quests in this series that does have a named spawn as last step that is on find. But those are part of the actual task and not "named" that show up halfway thru.
