I was told that if you reset you're passive Item AA's and then, don't click the ones that have regeneration as an effect, it works again?.... Would be nice if this was 550 dmg, Regardless of you're regeneration... If it were to do 550 + the regen you had, would be 1 fix thats OK. I would prefer it to be just 550 dmg, and regen be separate, so things like HOT's wouldn't negate the effect, and regen levels still counteract dot ticks ect.
